Each necklace in the Margaroma collection is accompanied by an accurate and detailed description. In rarely cases the product shown in the collection is not available but under production. This can happen when there is big interest in the same necklace. Margaroma does not guarantee that the images and colours of the necklace correspond exactly to the real ones, as they may be modified depending on the type of PC monitors, Internet browser used by the customer.

The Margaroma necklaces are handmade therefore unwanted production mistakes can occure. Faulty products will immediately be replaced. It is your responsibility not to tangle up the necklace, always use a gentle hand if this happens. None the less the fragile look, the necklaces are durable.
