The shipping is free of charge with standard post service. The necklace will be sent by post to the address provided. Delivery will take about 3-6 days within Europe and 7-14 days outside of Europe. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note that customs and clearance may delay your package in certain countries. Eventual import tax in your country is paid by you. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your product has been shipped.

It is important to make sure that the e-mail that you have entered is correct and to check your spam box if you cannot find the e-mail. If you have not received the confirmation e-mail, please contact me, so I can check whether your order is in the system or not.
